Artist Charles Jencks thinks that the most welcoming feature to have in a park is a hillside shaped like a thrown down woman. Is that the symbol the public wants to have of a park? Dinosaur Architect Oscar Neimeyer is still just as active as any other whipper snapper in the industry.
